Schellenberg Wittmer acted as lead counsel to Crypto Fund AG in connection with the set-up and authorization process by the Swiss Financial Supervisory Authority (FINMA) of Crypto Fund AG as asset manager of collective investment schemes.
Crypto Fund AG is the first crypto company to receive authorization from FINMA as an asset manager of collective investment schemes.
