Simon Demaurex is a Senior Associate in our International Arbitration Group in Geneva. He represents clients in complex commercial, investment and sports arbitration matters, as well as in setting-aside proceedings before the Swiss Supreme Court. 

Simon has also gained significant institutional experience during his time as Legal Counsel at the Swiss Arbitration Centre.

Experience

  • Acts as counsel in commercial, sports and investment arbitrations under the rules of leading arbitral institutions, including the ICC, PCA, Swiss Arbitration Centre and CAS.
  • Provides strategic advice on contract negotiation and at the pre-dispute stage
  • Special expertise in post M&A disputes, energy, consumer goods, pharmaceutical and sports.
