Christopher Boog spoke on a panel titled “Evidence in International Arbitration: Lessons from the Past, Updates from the Future” at Bucharest Arbitration Days. Christopher explained that science shows that arbitrators of the future will not have the same attention span as arbitrators may have today. They will expect evidence to be presented to them differently and arbitration practitioners must embrace new techniques of presenting evidence in international arbitration.
