Schellenberg Wittmer advises Procimmo SA on its license as Fund Management Company (Fondsleitung). Procimmo SA already has a license as Manager of Collective Assets. With the license as Fund Management Company, Procimmo SA will be able to do the administration of Swiss funds and take over the fund administration of the funds it manages beginning of 2025.  

Schellenberg Wittmer advised on all regulatory and corporate aspects obtaining all FINMA authorizations.
