Schellenberg Wittmer advised Procimmo Real Estate SICAV and Solutions & Funds SA in the transformation of the contractual fund Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund II into a new subfund of Procimmo Real Estate SICAV managed by Procimmo SA.
The advice included all applicable proceedings, including FINMA approvals, tax authorities and land registers.
