Schellenberg Wittmer advised Credaris AG on its purchase of credit intermediary CC Crédits Conseils SA, along with its call center in Tunisia. The acquisition further consolidates the Credaris group in the credit broker sector in Switzerland and concludes its third acquisition in the field in a year.
The Schellenberg Wittmer team consisted of Christoph Vonlanthen (overall lead), Sophie Bastardoz (Corporate/M&A), Vincent Carron, Catherine Weniger and Clara Warriner (Employment).
