Schellenberg Wittmer advised the holding company Made 2 Design controlled by Swiss investors in its investment in the luxury skiwear and lifestyle brand Ogier

03.01.2025

Schellenberg Wittmer advised the holding company Made 2 Design, which is controlled by Swiss investors, in its investment in the luxury skiwear and lifestyle brand Ogier.

Ogier was founded in 1948 as a retailer for high-end alpine sports brands and is now focused on its own skiwear and ready-to-wear label.

Made 2 Design's investment will be deployed to assist with the brand's expansion ambitions, including the entry into new markets, while the company is already present in luxury mountain resorts in Europe and in the United States.

The Schellenberg Wittmer team consisted of Christoph Vonlanthen (overall lead) and Sophie Bastardoz (Corporate/M&A).
