We are looking for a Swiss-qualified mid-level to senior Lawyer to further expand our Singapore team in the field of:

Mergers & Acquisitions

Our Mergers & Acquisitions group assists corporates, private equity firms, family offices and entrepreneurs on takeovers, buy-outs, divestitures, carve-out transactions, restructurings and other complex cross-border and domestic transactions, as well as institutional investors and founders in venture capital financing rounds. Our group functions as one team, currently across our Geneva and Zurich offices and is supported by market-leading specialists in all critical areas of corporate and M&A transactions. We operate in a wide range of industry sectors, on the buy-side and the sell-side in both private and public M&A.

This position is based in our Singapore office and involves working with our Swiss-based Corporate M&A teams.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements and who have the following skills:

  • You are a Swiss-qualified lawyer;
  • You have at least 4 years of professional experience in the corporate law sector and have experience helping manage and structure complex M&A transactions;
  • You are interested in developing the advisory Corporate M&A practice in our Singapore office;
  • You are fluent in English and in French or in German; and
  • You have excellent academic credentials;
  • You have strong drafting and oral presentation skills.
