Lawyers' assistant, Geneva

We are looking for a lawyers' assistant to join our legal team in Geneva.

Activity rate of 80 - 100% - Entry date: to be discussed

Your assignments and tasks will include:

  • Managing clients' files (from opening new mandates to archiving);
  • Typing and drafting correspondence, proofreading;
  • Preparation, compilation and production of large legal documents;
  • Preparation and layout of correspondence as well as presentation supports;
  • Organization of business trips, meetings with clients and conferences;
  • Interacting with clients, third-parties and authorities;
  • Occasionally: participating in billing and collection;

and in general, all the administrative activities inherent to the proper functioning of the practice group.

We are looking for candidates to meet the following criteria:

  • You hold a Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial Business (CFC) and have a few years of work experience as an assistant in a challenging environment;
  • You are fluent in French and in English with excellent spelling in both languages (additional language is an asset);
  • You are fully at ease with the usual computer tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • You are well organized, rigorous, and precise;
  • You have a positive attitude and are client-oriented;
  • You have a good sense of anticipation and are a team-player.
