Credaris AG is Switzerland's leading digital broker of personal loans and has brokered over CHF 1 billion in personal loans since its inception. Comparis.ch AG is one of Switzerland's most trusted brands and leading independent price comparison service.
Schellenberg Wittmer acted as legal counsel to Brera Partners on this carve-out transaction.
